Dallas Campbell, Owner/Broker/Developer
Dallas Campbell has been a Buena Vista resident since 1992 working as a broker associate at Summit Realty, Inc. He took over the company in 1999 wearing two hats: Realtor and managing broker. Dallas displays a high level of knowledge and experience in residential and commercial properties, ranches, and vacant land, whether he is helping a seasoned investor or a first- time home buyer. In 2008, Dallas attended the University of Colorado to pursue the Denver Community Leadership Forum, a year-long program designed to provide community leaders with the necessary skills to turn challenge into opportunity and conflict into collaboration; a real boost to his trademark optimistic outlook and “make it happen attitude”. Dallas understands people. He is a skillful negotiator and mediator.

Dan Cooper, Broker Associate
My wife and I bought our first property in the Arkansas Valley in 1993 and have been buying and selling ever since. I retired from executive positions in the corporate and academic healthcare worlds after 35 years, having lived abroad and in major metropolitan areas. I am as comfortable working with the sophisticated buyer and seller as I am with first-time buyers or sellers. With my executive background, I understand the importance of responsive service and constant communication, whether working with a buyer or seller. I “grew up” in organizations that put the client first and thought about a transaction from the client’s point of view.
I have been a real estate broker for 13 years with a fair amount of success despite starting out during the 2008 financial crisis. I was the “most productive” Century 21 agent in the State of Colorado in 2019 and surpassed those results in 2020. I have helped clients buy the property they have always wanted and helped others sell their special property. My listing or selling property values have ranged from $21,000 to $3.95M, and include residential, land, and commercial listings.
My wife, Beth, is my “partner” in the practice (without license), specializing in photography, graphic communications and attention to details associated with listing properties. Our approach to information we produce is focused on attention to detail and the eye-catching pictures and descriptions of your property. We take a personal interest in our clients and their property.
I have been a trustee of Colorado College since 1994. In the slower months of real estate, we enjoy working on our bucket list for travels, having been fortunate to have visited all seven continents.
Claudia Campbell, Broker Associate
After retiring from a long career as a successful Financial Advisor, Claudia Campbell is a Broker Associate at Summit Realty. She understands real estate properties, whether for personal use or as an investment, and has the knowledge and experience to help clients with all their real estate needs. She has lived in Chaffee County since 1998 and has served as President of both the Buena Vista Chamber of Commerce and the Buena Vista Optimist Club.
Austin Campbell, Broker Associate
An associate broker with Summit Realty, Inc for the last 10 years. Austin specializes in residential, second home properties, and vacant land. He grew up in Buena Vista and has great local knowledge of the real estate market including recreation opportunities such as fishing and hiking. Austin is married with 2 daughters and is actively involved with Clearview Community Church in Buena Vista.
